For this particular project, I was engaged by a discerning couple seeking to renovate their residence within a constrained budget. Tasked with the responsibility of orchestrating the transformation, I devised an aesthetically captivating Ibiza-style design concept tailored to their preferences. Additionally, I assumed the role of a meticulous construction manager, overseeing the seamless execution of the envisioned design for their abode.

For this architectural renovation endeavor, my strategic approach involved preserving the captivating color scheme of the kitchen and elevating it to serve as a prominent focal point within the residence. It was skillfully integrated selecting Ibiza-style elements and striking statement pieces to augment its visual impact. Furthermore, we meticulously refurbished the flooring, employing a process of hardwood renovation combined with a white bleaching technique. This transformative project was efficiently executed within a timeframe of approximately six weeks.
